What we collect
Account details you give us (name, business name, email), the phone numbers and text messages exchanged in threads your assistant participates in, appointment details, knowledge base content you add, and billing metadata from our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run the service: generating assistant replies, checking your calendar availability, booking appointments, sending confirmations and reminders, metering usage, and supporting you. We do not sell your data or use your conversations to advertise to you.
Sharing
We share only what's needed with the providers that power TxMe — messaging, email, calendar, AI model and payment providers — under their own confidentiality obligations.
Security
Each operator's data is isolated at the database level, calendar credentials are stored encrypted, and inbound webhooks are cryptographically verified.
Your choices
You can export or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Prospects can reply STOP in any thread to end messaging immediately.
