Subscription & trial
TxMe is $99 per month per business. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with a card on file; the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your settings and keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Your texting number
We provision a dedicated number on your behalf. Outbound business texting requires carrier (10DLC) registration using accurate business information you provide. Numbers may be released after a subscription lapses.
Acceptable use
Use TxMe only for lawful messaging with people who expect to hear from you. No spam, no unsolicited marketing blasts, and no prohibited content categories. Honour opt-outs — your assistant disengages on STOP automatically.
Availability & AI output
The service is provided as-is. Assistant replies are generated by AI and, while grounded in your availability and knowledge base, may occasionally be imperfect — review important threads.
Referrals
Referral rewards are earned when a business you refer becomes a paying subscriber. Self-referrals and fraudulent signups are not eligible.
